What Is The Permanent Cure For Constipation?

What to do about constipation? Sometimes I'll be fine for months without digestive pills, sometimes I'll have an issue and start taking digestive pills again and I'm fine for another month, then nothing will work, I'll be stuck taking laxitives for months. I dont understand what is causing it and it is dictating my entire life, I find myself questioning absolutely everything I do because I simply don't know what to do about it. I just want to be regular, always.
