What is the pediatric dose of augmentin?

Hi, Can you please tell me the pediatric dose of Augmentin ? Is it per kg of body weight ? Is amoxycillin taken into consideration while calculating the dose or clavulanic acid ? Is the dosage bd or tds ? Is Augmentin DDS double strength ? That would mean reducing the dose by half ? Would be grateful if you could tell me the per kg pediatric dosage. Thanks, Sudip

first of all please do not take these drugs on your own..kindly consult a pediatrician for correct treatment.. higher dose can lead severe side for you child and go visit the pediatrician..children have less capacity to metabolize drugs..
