General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

The possibilities are indigestion, acidity, gastritis or gall bladder pathology.

I would advise you to have smaller frequent meals, instead of 3 large meals a day.
Avoid alcohol, smoking, carbonated beverages, oily ,spicy and fatty food.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week is a must.
Drink warm water at regular intervals... good for digestion.
You can take an antacid or pantoprazole, which will reduce your symptoms.

Still not better visit a physician, get an ultrasound of the abdomen.

Hope this answer was helpful to you.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
