Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HI I HAVE A PAIN IN MY STOMACH ON THE RIGHT SIDE HAD IT FOR 4 DAYS NOW ITS NOT THERE ALL THE TIME ONLY IN CERTAIN POSITIONS WHEN I MOVE SOME TIMES I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE STOMACH ALMOST LIKE I HAVE INDIGESTION I FEEL A LITTLE FATIGUED AS WELL ROGER
I would advise you to have smaller frequent meals, instead of 3 large meals a day. Avoid alcohol, smoking, carbonated beverages, oily ,spicy and fatty food. Regular exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week is a must. Drink warm water at regular intervals... good for digestion. You can take an antacid or pantoprazole, which will reduce your symptoms.
Still not better visit a physician, get an ultrasound of the abdomen.
Hope this answer was helpful to you.
Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
