hi i am mr. x male, and i am married before 2 yrs an i did my sperm count from genuine laboratory , and dr says that u have low sperms, Sperm Count : 15 million/ml & 25 % Total Motality , 10% Sperm Morphology: Abnormality of Head & Tail now tell me how much sperm growth i needed to be get baby?

hello user, usually the sperm count should be atleast 20 million/ml , and the total motility should be 50 % atleast - all sperm morphology details are not provided in query though but atleast 30 % shoould be of normal morphology as per WHO. so consulting any reproductive endocrinologist/ fertility specialist may help you . hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer - any further queries are welcome
