Dear Dr yesterday suddenly I feel my left kidney after that I finished my lab urine test Dr found pus cell in urine 10 to12hpf so he advice me epimag and other medicines so can you tell me what s the problem what normal range in our urine of pus cells is it my report ok

Pus cell in urine should be within 0-5/HPF. Your report and physical symptoms suggest that there is an Urinary Tract Infection.
