What Is The Normal Fasting Sugar Level?

my fasting sugar level 110mg/dl and in urine no sugar but post parendial sugar is 190mg/dl this urine conatains sugar ++++.whether i am diebetic .I get advice and started to take tablet of pioglit 15 mg.whether i go for to take tablet. I am at the age 44.My height 5 ft 6 inch. and weight 72 kg

Dear Sir,
I strongly suggest you to go for a 3 interval Glucose tolerance test which will prove beyond doubt about the stage of diabetes. Based on this report we can start treatment and that will be more accurate.
Regarding urine sugar, Its quite unreliable. for the values you have mentioned ++++ does not correlate.
I suggest you to go by blood sugar readings.
