What Is The Normal Dosage Of Ibugesic Plus For Pain?

My daughter is 5 year nine month and weight about 37 lbs.is her weight. Is her weight appropriate ?How much ibugesic plus which has 100mg /5ml ibuprofen and 162.5mg/ 5ml paracetamol can be given to her and at what intervals for pain . Is there any over the counter drug only for pain ?

Dosage of ibuprofen is 10mg/kg/dose every4-6 hrly interval

Dosage of paracetamol is 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6 hrly interval

If you calculate the dose for any one drug it will be approximately the same required dose for the other drug in ibugesic plus.
