What Is The Non Surgical Procedure For The Bleeding Piles?

Hello,
I am 26 year old. I am suffering from piles since 6 months. I used to have this problem earlier since when i was in teen age...then I started using ayurvedic churna which helped me. Now I have moved to USA in colder climate.
Its been quite painful and bleeding piles now. I have been following diet and dont wont to go for surgery.
Can you suggest any other option?

Thank you.

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Stools should be kept always soft.
Hard stools are cause of piles.
Stool softener like isabgol or many other laxatives availble with the chemist should be used regularly.
Anaesthetic jelly or cream to be used locally to relieve the pain and relaxation of the anal sphinctor .
These all will relieve your problem up to some extent.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
