What Is The Natural Way To Treat Urinary Tract Infection?

I have an urinary tract infection and have been taking AZO for one day. I am feeling better but do I need an antibiotic? Is there some natural way to treat it? I just finished Omicef, for a sinus infection ( not sure if it is spelled correct) so I would rather not take another antibiotic?
