What Is The Medication For Stomach Pain And Loose Motion?

Hi, My father is having stomach pain and after he eats food he goes to the toilet and the stool is very watery. He goes to the bathroom 2-3 times every hour. We did a stool test it showed 10-15 puss cells, occult blood and stool forming substance absent. Tried medication but it has not helped.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your Father having stomach pain, going to toilet after food, watery stools, goes to bathroom 2-3 times every hour. Stool test shows 10-15 pus cells, occult blood and stool forming substance absence; medications tried but not helping...
The history is suggestive that you Father has in intestinal infection along with some basic cause that needs to be checked out well.
I would advise him the following:
Trial with a proper antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole, probiotics and so on.
Tests of blood: CBC, thyroid functions, to see for diabetes, vitamin deficiencies as a result of intestinal problems and as required after clinical examination.
Tests of stool for 2 more days
Colonoscopy
CT scan of the abdomen.
All these with correlation with the clinical evaluation and examination will lead to a proper diagnosis and cure.
IF all the tests are normal, IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome is one of the differential diagnosis.
