my nose some times left or some time right blocking if I turn left right nostril will block if I turn right left nostril blocks it make discomfort while sleep since so many years what is the treatment for this

Left and right nostril alternative partial block is common it is called nasal cycle.
Along with that if you have any turbinate hypertrophy same will accure
1.Take tab. Alday DC at night
2.Water vapor inhalation
3.Avoid cool drink and freeze water
