Hello

For sleep problems, drugs like zolpidem and ativan(prescription drugs) are safe to take.

You should also follow some sleep hygiene practices like:
1. Avoid daytime naps.
2. Avoid heavy fatty meals at bed time.
3. Donot take tea coffee or alcohol after evening.
4. Practice relaxation exercises like meditation.
5. Drink a glass of warm milk and take warm water bath at bedtime.

Thanks.
