Mam ! I am trying with my best level of knowledge to interpret it in simple language but before this let me tell you that certain terms or words of medicine can not be translated in any other language,, here the report says that reflective signals which came from the brain area are very minute and complex and not the direct indication of any disease, and it could be some artificial thing which is nothing to take with health of patient and may not be part of body, or at the most could be due to long standing episode of headache may be of migraine or could be due to patient's age,, in short it is absolutely normal report and no need to worry (I just interpreted the report and this is not in connection with any patients so do not take it as granted ) hope this will be your answer have nice day.
