What Is The Meaning Of My Pelvic Ultrasound Result?

Hi. Ive got the result for my pelvic ultrasound and the result is 23 weeks and 2 days, femoral length of 4.11cm, and abdominal circumference of 182.6mm. Placenta is anterior, grade 1 maturity. Amniotoc fluid is adequate. What does it mean? Is my baby healthy?

You have absolutely normal antenatal findings.
Gestational age of your fetus is 23 weeks and 2 days.
Femur length of 4.11cm and abdominal circumference of 182.6mm.These are the fetal parameters to calculate the maturity of fetus.
Placenta is anterior in position with grade 1 maturity.
