What Is The Meaning Of Bilateral Increased Bronchovascular Markings On Chest X Ray?

P-A View x-ray report says that bilateral increased bronchovascular marking, i have cought by chest pain and cough. i am taking acebrophylene,deflazacort, doxycycline lactic acid bacillius,levocrizin from last 25 days. Today releif in cough 80% but releif in chest pain 20% only.
