hi healthcare magic user, as you have noticed some lumps in lower abdomen it could be ovarian cyst or something related to tubal ligation surgery. I will need detail clinical history in terms of whether Vaginal birth or Caesarean birth of baby? tubal ligation is laparoscopic? any history of ovarian cyst during or before surgery?
if I would have been your doctor I would have done pelvic ultrasound to see ovarian cyst or any fibroid in uterus these conditions are not related to your work out. if it is their it will grow with or without work out.
