What Is The Lump On The Testes After A Testicular Torsion?

Is it normal for each testicle to feel different? I am 21 and had a testicular torsion when I was about 15. On the testicle that I had the torsion there is a smooth painless lump a bit smaller than my testicle. I thought maybe it was the epididymis but there is no lump on the other side. I have had it as long as I can remember

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Its will be difficult for you to identify the origin of the lump, weather its lump or collection / thickened epididimis / superficial skin lesion, all these need to be examined.
2.In a case like you, i would have first palpate at ask for an ultrasound to identify the cause.
3.In a post operative/torsion there can be collection which seems like that.
4.Suggest you to get an appointment to see your doctor and get scan done.
5.Hope it answered your query, wish you good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
