What Is The Lump In My Soleus?

I've had a pinball size lump on my soleus for the past few weeks. It doesn't hurt, not bruised and there has been no injury to the area. Had an ultrasound today and the impression was "no mass identified in the region of the palpable lump". Does this mean it's nothing?
