What Is The Lump Behind My Ear?

Hello, I have a pea sized lump behind my ear, it s not in the crease but exactly where the ear touches my neck if pressed down flat. I ve had eye twitching for several days, ringing in my ear near the lump, where my hearing goes out for thirty seconds then comes back. the area around my ear and my ear feels very hot, also I ve been incredibly fatigued. All I want to do is sleep.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Your pea sized lump could be different from the ear problem.
You should get an ENT consultation as you have fluctuating hearing loss with tinnitus (ringing in the ear). You nee to get Pure tone audiometry (hearing tests). This could be menieres disease. You have not said your age.
Anyway get examined. Meniere disease is a disease in which there is increased collection of fluid in the inner ear. treatment is medical but needs to be taken after proper diagnosis and under supervision.
In doubt do reply
