What Is The Likelihood Of Having Repeated Miscarriages?

hello doctor, I had 2 miscarriages one in early 8weeks and another in 25th week both were natural pregnancy. both had a same cause - heat beat stopped. I have given the fetus for adopsy and no proper diagnosis done in it. My doc has tested all d possible ways like cirum analysis, genetic test, and many others but all result were negative. She told me that eggs r rupturing in right side of the uterus but even after trying for past 5 months, it s not getting confirmed. I m working women and have a total travel of 20 km daily. I m ready to quit my job if travel is the reason. please advice.
