hello welcome to healt care magci,this totally depends ombern tnm classification that is number of metastasis ,i.e the spread of tumour is in which region ,size of the tumour age of the patient as young cells can resist more than the older ones and history of the patient and so on ,depicting all this can diagnose how long is he expected to live.take care
