What Is The Life Expectancy After Double Bypass And Placing Stent?

My mother is 80 she had a stent 2 yrs ago in the widow maker she went to doctor and cardiologist two weeks ago all reports including labs were perfect on Friday she had a double bypass on the widow maker after experiencing issues that morning my mom is active and looks 65 what can we expect as life expectancy

Well...your mother has undergine the surgical intervention for heart problem..
Its a good sign that she looks quite well...
There many studies have been done on quality of life after the surgical intervention ..these studies shows that it has greater outcome...
I have seen patients that has lived for 8-12 years quite well but they were not taking the drugs regularly.
What you need is ....
Taking medicines regularly most important...
.and .regular follow up to a Cardiologist
