Hello Sir, I am 28 year old. I use condom for last years. And from last month we are for a baby. We have consulted a gynacologist for my wife and she started treatment from last month and she told for semen analysis. Semen analysis Report: PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Color: Opaqeu White Volume: 4.0ml Reaction: Alkaline Liquification Time: 20 mts MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Total Sperm Count : 90 mil/ml Active Motile : 40% Sluggish Motile: 20% Non Motile: 40% Pus Cells: 01-02/hpf Epithelial Cells: ocassionalPlease tell me is it at level of fertility?Or any problem with this report.Thanks

in semen analysis pus cell count is more and indicate infection. You can show the result to your family physician and go for treatment. STD test can bedone. Get your wife examined for any source of infection.
