What Is The Layer Of Skin That Has Grown Near Anus, In A Child?

hi my 5 yr old little girl has complained of a sore bottom...when I had a look it seems like a layer of skin has grown across a small part of her anus.it is whitish in colour and it stretches when her buttocks are pulled apart,have u any idea what this could be.

it is called perianal tag......it is generally harmless..........but if ur child complaints of any other problems it is better to remove it.
