Can you pls interprete this for mε. Bulky non gravid anteverted uterus with an AP diameter measuring about 71mm X 64mm and uniform myometrial echo ℓ̊s seen. The endometrial plate ℓ̊s Thickened calibre ℓ̊s (9.7mm) No cyesis seen. An hypechoic mass measures 23mm X 16mm ℓ̊s noted. Both the P.O.D and adnexae are free.
