Hello dear,
Your CBC is absolutely normal.
Blood count and special cell increased in infection, allergy, and blood cancer.
Haemoglobin will decreased in anemia.
But from your report you do not have any pathology,

Please see normal range of CBC below:
1. White blood cell: 3.5-10.5 X 10 9/L
2.Red blood cells: 4.32- 5.72 X 10 12 /L
3. Hemoglobin: 135-175 (Male) & 120-155 (Female)g/L
4. Hematocrit: 0.38-0.50
5. Mean copsular volume: 81.2-95.1 f/L
6. Mean corpuscular Hb concentraion: 0.32-0.36
7. RBC distribution width: 11.6-14.6 %
8. Platelet count: 150 -450 X 10 9/L
9. Segmenter: 35-80 %
10. Lymphocyte: 18-44 %
11. Monocytes:4.7-12.5 %
12. Eosinophil: 0-4 %
13. Basophil: 0-1.2 %

So you can compare your result with above normal value.
If you are male : your haemoglobin is slight less. (take more green leafy vegetable, beat roots, jegarry, peanuts, roasted chick peas, ground nuts in your diet regulary to increased it)
And if you are female: Your haemoglobin is normal

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
