Good question. i don't think there is any definite answer for your question. Hope there was something ideal for everyone at every age. Each person is built different and hence there is always a normal range rather than one perfect or an ideal value. So, going by the measurements, i feel your Body Mass Index
(BMI) is about 21.5 which is absolutely in the normal range. (Normal BMI - 18.5 to 25.0). So, i feel if you are able to maintain in that range you should not be worrying.
