What Is The Hole On The Hard Palate And Red Area On Back Of Throat?

i just had a dentist appt today and they were concerned about a hole on my hard palate that is red so they used the velscope and it showed dark circle they referred me to oral surgeon to have it biopsied i am concerned they also ask if i have been sick or tired because i have red areas towards the back of my throat by my tonsils

The hole in the palate cane be because of the sinus or oroantral fistula secondary to tooth infection. Nothing to be panic, you can get a radiograph like orthopantomograph done to confirm the diagnosis. once the diagnosis is confirmed we can treat accordingly.
