What Is The Headaches And Redness In Eye?

hello. bad headache woke me up this morning. i saw in the mirror my left eye had blood in it (popped a blood vessel)? feeling nauseated and have tingling on left hand. i have history of HBP, 49 years old female, pre-menopausal. i took my BP this morning, while seated, it was 144/87.

The redness of the eye is probably because of sub conjunctival haemorrhage.
This along with headache can occur in high blood pressure and this requires treatment by control of hypertension.
