What Is The Hard Growth On The Left Side Of The Esophagus?

I discovered a very hard growth on the left side of my esophagus. It's half way down my neck. It almost feels like a bone, approx the size of a big pea. I don't have it on the right side of my neck. It doesn't move when I touch it. Any idea of what it could possibly be?

Most probably it is lymph gland enlarged ,firm and fixed. Drainage is mainly from lungs. Blood haemogram is to be advised. X-ray of lungs and aspiration biopsy of gland can be done. Then only diagnosis can be done.
