What Is The Growing Lump In The Inner Thigh Near Vagina?

I HAVE a small lump getting bigger faster but, still pretty small. It is at my inner thigh near the outside of my vagina near panty line.It hurt quite a bit but now just when I go to the bathroom I feel it when I use a wet wipe. I have had a complete hysterectomy a few years back because of interstitial cystitis. A and severe endometriosis. It has greatly effected my severe fibromyalgia.I haven t been sexually active for about 7 and4 months. Anything to get checked out? Thanks. Aline echelard

General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Aline,
As u describe the lump, i would like to know it is painful or not? Exact diagnosis can be possible after complete examination. It may be a lymphnode swelling or may be a sebaceous cyst or lipoma. As it is non urgent you can wait, but my opinion is to consult nearby surgeon for further diagnosis and treatment.

Thank you.
