What Is The Grey Bump In My Eye After Cataract Surgery?
Hi, I had catarac surgery a year ago, and last night I had a bump on top of my head- no knot or bruising, but this morning I had a grey like floater in my left eye..It moves as my eye moves and is not stationary. I am on plavix and heart meds--what do you recommend. Thanks pat my e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY
Hello It seems from the history that you have undergone cataract surgery following which you are having floaters and a bump on head. The bump on head may not be related to floaters. Floaters are usually because of opacities in the posterior segment of the eye involving the vitreous. The common causes are vitreous opacities, vitreous degnerations, vitreous hemorrhage... Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
