What Is The Goey Dark Discharge While Peeing?

Hi, a couple of minutes ago I used the restroom (I peed) and some gooey dark red discharge came along as well it it didn't. Fall with the pee it stayed there hanging until I stood up it feel and still had a lil more hanging. And I wiped and I am wondering what that can b

As from your quote it seems to be some tissue or pus discharged along with blood indicates urinary tract infection.
poor hydration also cause such type discharge and
possibly any kidney stones would have cause the problem. to rule out the cause kindly do ultrasound,urine routine and urine culture.
