What Is The Function Of Alpha Keto Analogues In Treating Diabetic Parenchymal Nephropathy?

I suffer from diabetic parenchymal nephropathy. GFR (nuclear Test) 22&23 ml/min for R&L kidneys with creatinin & urea level 20% higher than max. limits in the blood. I have been prescribed 2 tablets a day of alpha keto analogue. What is the function of these tablets for me & how long do I have to continue with them.

Alpha ketoanalogue contains amino acids which are essential for patient having Kidney disease. It is the medication for the chronic kidney disease. It helps in delaying the progression of kidney damage...
