What Is The First Aid To Be Given For Persistent Vomiting?

Someone here is vomiting persistently since one hour, is very pale, and is now dry heaving and vomiting bile. No abdominal pain, no fever. There was no excessive alcohol consumption prior to this event, the person did not eat sea food either. What s the best first aid? We are giving her small amounts of water and soft drinks. I m considering making isotonic drinks.

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

First give him some anti-emetic injection or tablet. Then give him Oral re-hydration salt water plentiful. If not available, at least salt and sugar water. Electrol water.

Hope this guides you. Thank you.
