Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Alcohol can reduce a man's testosterone levels, leading to loss of libido. It can also damage the quality, structure and movement of sperm by stopping the liver functions. A new study published in BMJ Open suggests that even a moderate weekly alcohol intake of five units could be linked to lower sperm quality and thereby low chances of fertility. BMJ Open study of 1,200 men found that the higher the tally of weekly alcohol units, the lower the sperm quality. Therefore, I suggest you to refrain from alcohol consumption.
