What Is The Dull Ache In My Head?

hi ive been having a dull ache in my head 4 over a week now when i lie down it feels as if theres a rush of blood like when u turn your head 2 quick it goes from above my left ear 2wards my left eye and just a dull throb ive had cancer {prostrate} in the past should i go and see my g.p

I understand your concern.
In my opinion these symptoms may be caused by a sinus obstruction or inflammation. Your past medical history is very concerning. A prostate cancer is known to cause Metastasis to the brain. A brain tumor can also cause these symptoms.
So I would recommend to consult with your GP, have a neurological examination. A brain CT scan would be necessary to exclude both the above mentioned possible causes. If everything results OK, it may be just a tension type headache.
