What Is The Dosage Of Alprim For UTI?

I have been prescribed Alprim for UTI but Doctor said only take a 3 day course (even though it s a pack of 7 for 7 days). I should have asked her why but didn t. Now I m wondering if I should keep on taking it, after having taken 3, and still feeling some discomfort. What do you suggest?

If I were your doctor, I would advise you to take Alprim for seven days complete as normally the UTI takes a longer time to get controlled with antibiotics.
