What Is The Dosage Of Vitamin D3 For Low Bone Density?

i use vit d with the calcium and now the doc wants me to increase the vitd3 to twice day ihave a start of the density problem so take vit d3 and 1500 per day of the calocium i am 75 getting over prostate cancer via rediation and hormonal shors

Usually a person is considered as Vitamin D deficient if serum concentration is Optimum level is believed to be >25 ng/ml.
However, ,the effectiveness of vitamin D suppelmentation has been definitively proved only in osteomalacia ( bone density decreased ).
Since you are also having prostate cancer , so I recommend you please consult one more specialist and get his opinion regarding doses adjustment.
