What Is The Dosage Of Dexorange For Low Hemoglobin Levels?
hi sir, my father age 58 yrs. hb level is 7.9 and doctor advised to take dexorange one tablet per day. we started it. after few days my family doctor advised to take two tablets per day for 10days and then change one tablet per day.. from today onwards we need to reduce the dosage.. i need your suggestion

in iron deficiency anaemia it takes minimum 3months to replenish the stored iron and first of all exhausted transferrin is saturated and once 1nc all transferrin is saturated than only it is converted in feriitin stores.
ideally iron is given as a single daily dose but evn two dosesdaily can be given for a short duration.so it is advisable to have 1 tab daily for atleast 3 month to geta good result.
