What Is The Dosage Of Daflon Prescribed For PCOD?

Hi doctor, I'm 20 years old with PCOD. I got my periods on 16th February, and they are still going on (it's now 12th March), although the blood flow has reduced a little. Should I take Daflon 500, and if so, in what dosage? Please recommend. Thank you

There is very little information on this compound. It is derived from flavenoids found in food. ON the one hand it is very unlikely that compounds found in food are going to have a lot of serious adverse events. On the other hand, the effects cannot be a great deal more than healthy eating.
Its been studied in the treatment of broken blood vessels (bad veins). Not much is out there on that; much less is on PCOS.

It is usually given twice a day.
