Hello Sir, This is what I found relative to your question: Recommended dosage is from 1 (to start) to 3 pills a day. Please note that if the largest amount of pills would be taken the bottle would only last for 10 days. It is advisable that the last time you should take the pills are at least 7 hours before bedtime so that sleep patterns are not be interrupted as Apidexin contains large quantities of caffeine.* Those who are looking for maximum weight loss results and know that those results only come with proper diet and exercise along with any supplements, Apidexin offers little advice. So, unless you are already used to incorporating the proper eating and exercise habits into your daily life, you may have a tough time using it effectively. There have been no serious side effects noted minus the result of having too much caffeine in your system which results in jitters, headaches, dehydration, and anxiety. I guess the bottom line is still exercise and lowered calories to maintain health and recommended body weight. I encourage you to visit a Dietitian for an exercise and nutritious weight loss program, which you need to follow with your weight loss pill for the weight to come off.
