Welcome to HCM

Good Day

Omega 3 fatty acids are very useful for lowering high triglyceride levels in the body and also bad cholesterol LDL when associated with high triglycerides. Mega-3 is a multivitamin mineral only. Eat healthy fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits, drink plenty of water, avoid high carbohydrate and fatty diet. Drink enough water. No harm but do not take more than what your Doctor has said as it would be harmful to take beyond RDA value.

Dermatologist Dr. Gaurav Patel's  Response
omega 3 is type of essential fatty acid and being used in many medical condition and increase immunity also
but recent report say that as other medicine it has side effect on cardiac ,nervous system .
so it must be use in condition ,it really needed and under dr observation

mega 3 is multivitamin tab and contain many vitamin that actually u may not need it
so if u r healthy and want to take tab for only supplement,
my advise is not to take any medicine at all.

still u want to take then take mega 3 ,not omega 3
