Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I recommend her to take any food which do not irritate her stomach and increase gastric acid.
She will need to limit or avoid drinks and foods that cause your symptoms, such as stomach pain, heartburn, or indigestion.
She should avoid
1. Seasonings, such as pepper and Hot chiles.
2. Foods that contain chocolate, are spicy, or are high in fat may also irritate your stomach.
3. Drinks that contain alcohol or caffeine
4. Spicy or strongly flavored cheeses, such as jalapeno or black pepper

She can eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods.
Advice her to eat 2 hours before bad time.
It is better to take small frequent meals than single bulk diet.
She must avoid all carbonated drinks.
She can take foods high in glutamine include beef, poultry, milk, yogurt, spinach and cabbage. Supplement forms include powder, capsule and tablet.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
