What Is The Diet Plan To Lose Weight?

Hi there. I went on Champix earlier this year and stop smoking on it - almost 6 months ago. This is absolutely great and I don't crave cigarettes at all, but I have picked up 10.5 kg's in the last 4 months (the first two months of not smoking I did not pick up anything).

My question is, my periods have stopped after this and I suffer terribly from hot flushes. I am 44 years old, but both my mom and sister started menopause at 48. I am permanently on weigh less and have kept my weight down for years to 55 kg's (I am 1.71m or 5 foot 7) until now and even trying my utmost to loose weight I am just picking up. What can I do to get my hormones in check again and what diet can I follow if the natural and weighless diet is not working at all.

Keep yourself cooly.its good u left smoking. Have walk regularly. Do some meditation it will help you to control on hot flushes. Have healthy natural food like salads, curds buttermilk, fruits more of veggies. Don't go for very spicy or fried foods. Or junk don't eat too much of nonveg.have mild foods then strong ones. Instead of cold drink prefer lemon or coconut water. Avoid more of butter or fried foods.
