hi..good morning sir....my question is ...im 22 years old and im a male...i go to gym regularly...i want to be fit and also build my muscles well...what are the foods that should i take regularly...and how much quantity...and i am taking alchohol 2times in a week...is it good for me? hope you will help me and reply me as well.....thank you...have a great day ahead

A diet rich in high protein, low carbohydrates and low fat helps to build the muscles. Proteins are much useful in building muscles.
Protein rich foods include chicken, fish, egg white, beans, pulses etc.
Avoid alchol, junk foods , deep fried foods, junk foods.
8hours sleep is must.drink pkenty of water to hydrate the body.
