You need to to have a balanced and fibre rich food
need to lot of liuids like fresh fruit juices,mint juices,clear soups, etc
minimum of 5 lits of water should be dranked
Fresh fruits. green leafy vegetables, lots of salads , butter milk, curds should be consumed regularly.
Avoid tea, coffee and alcohol
Have regular early morning walks.
