What Is The Diet And Exercise Plans To Reduce Weight?

i brought a Orbitrack and normally using it for 30 mins from last week. I have reduced my meal size as well. No i am 32 years old and have a weight of 90Kgs 6 feet tall.

Need to know the correct way of exercising and meal plan

I am a sri lankan and a almost vegetarian

Mainly counting calories is going to be important.
10 x weight in pounds (sorry) is about the number of calories lost daily without exercise.
Exercise burns an additional 100 to 600 calories per hour
4000 calories in or out approximately equals one pound.
Then... if one cannot follow a plan because ones desires overcomes ones plans consider a book on that topic which is rather an entertaining method of overcoming the psychological obstacles to lose weight.
