Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The symptoms are suggesting of acute viral infection. The viral infection is affecting the upper respiratory tract and the conjunctival mucosa of the eyes.
These are the classical symptoms of viral infection. It is self limiting and come down by itself.
You wait for 3-5 days your symptoms will come down, meanwhile you can take
Oral NSAIDs
Oral Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
Steam Inhalation
Oral Antihistamines.
If you are symptoms are not subsiding, consult your doctor for complete evaluation.
Thank you.
