Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It appears to be folliculitis.
Hot Seitz bath followed by local application of Mupirocin Ointment will be beneficial.
If the lesion persists even after 3-4 days would suggest you to consult Surgeon.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
